West Michigan's music scene
A surprisingly mild Michigan winter doesn’t mean we’ve had a mild musical season.
It’s been anything but, reflected in tour stops this past week by The Wailers (reggae), Falling in Reverse (post-hardcore), Rosanne Cash (country/Americana), Lil TJay (hip hop), Andy Frasco & The U.N. with Big Something (party/blues/rock) and more.
Add to that the power of regional faves:
That Beatles Thing, Moto (album-release show), Delilah DeWylde, Cousin Avery, Isaac Ryder and others, and it all made for a fine way to shake off the doldrums of the season.
