Before the pandemic shut things down, Tamarack Music Festival — dubbed “the best tiny festival in the Mitten State” — was gearing up for a two-day celebration outside Morley in late July.
Instead, Tamarack Creek Soap & Gifts, Cosmic Knot and Les Older will host a one-day festival at Tamarack Camp, 4285 170th Ave., on Saturday.
The event, starting at 6 p.m. Saturday, will feature sets by Cosmic Knot, The Smokin’ Dobroleles, Jesse Ray, Less Older, Beaver Xing, a Tom Wall set featuring his “florganoleptic” duet and more. Tickets are $40 in advance, with organizers limiting ticket sales for the socially distanced event to 50.
Get tickets and more event info online here. Gates open at noon; music starts at 6 p.m.
Elsewhere, Earth Radio, The Blue Pines and other West Michigan favorites will pump up the rest of the week. Scroll down for the full concert lineup.
