The Dead South @ Bell’s Beer Garden (Photos)
The late-summer rush of concerts and festivals means music fans have had multiple options on multiple nights across Michigan.
Such was the case on Monday night when Canadian folk-bluegrass band The Dead South made a Kalamazoo tour stop at Bell’s Beer Garden, with The Sadies opening the show. The Dead South continues to tour behind its fourth studio album, 2024’s “Chains & Stakes,” and Monday’s sold-out concert featured an elaborate stage set-up resembling an old Western town.
(The tour stop came the same night that Andy Grammer returned to Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park in Grand Rapids. Review, photos here.)
