That can come in many forms, from failing to interact with your fans or even paying attention to them, to being unprepared for a performance, to not showing “that you actually care that you’re up there.”
That sort of attitude can certainly derail a band’s path to success or even survival, as can money — or lack of it –and differing opinions of band members about the direction of a group.
