Last weekend’s Local Spins Fest at Studio Park in downtown Grand Rapids was not only a birthday bash, but a true celebration of the power of Michigan’s female artistry and the region’s immense musical talent in general.
With performances amid sunny skies by In the Valley Below, Kari Lynch Band, Earth Radio, Sarena Rae, Lokella and Grace Theisen Band, hundreds of West Michiganders cheered the kickoff to summer festivals and outdoor music.
