For six days, Common Ground Music Festival took over Adado Riverfront Park in Lansing with a bevy of national headliners and even more local and regional acts playing the event’s stages.

AWOLNATION headlined the first big night on the Auto Value Main Stage with Milky Chance and Michigan’s own Joe Hertler & The Rainbow Seekers, with other performances by regional acts ranging from Michigander to Kim Vi & the Siblings, along with other acts such as Civil Twilight, Grizfolk and Finish Ticket.
Plenty more performances dotted the week, including sets by Rise Against, Heartsick, Red Sun Rising, IAMDYNAMITE, Coldville, Bouncing Souls, ’68, Canaan Smith, Drew Hale, Joey Hyde and, finally on Sunday, Jason Derulo, Kid Quill, Karlos Farrar, Redd, Daya, Jacob Whitesides and Bryce Vine.
