Myron Elkins has “God Bless the Rain.” Raynes has “Two Seconds in the Sun.” Josh Garrels has “Flood Waters.” Chicago Farmer has “Umbrella.”
Weather themes aside, plenty of bands and solo acts — national and regional — blew into West Michigan over the past week with a fair amount of musical bluster at several different venues, especially at Bell’s Brewery Eccentric Cafe on Friday when hip hop’s Santino Jones returned to Kalamazoo from Chicago for a crowd-inciting, all-star affair.
Here’s the rundown image-wise, starting with shows on Wednesday.
