It’s still summer, folks, and lots of musically oriented celebrations across West Michigan this weekend proved it: the Eastown Streetfair, Perrin Brewing’s 5th Anniversary Bash, Heritage Guitar’s 100th anniversary celebration of Gibson Guitars in Kalamazoo.

Then there were the tour stops by the likes of blues legend Buddy Guy at 20 Monroe Live, Tucker Beathard (with Gunnar & The Grizzly Boys and Paradise Outlaw) at The Intersection, and Conor Oberst at Kalamazoo’s State Theatre.
Add to all that an album-release show for Grand Rapids singer-songwriter Tom Hymn at Fountain Street Church in Grand Rapids and it was a very busy week — all captured in images at Local Spins. (Scroll down for Tom Hymn video highlights.)
