In 2016, Local Spins debuted its first-ever calendar, showcasing a dozen Michigan bands in Local Spins concert photos and listing a few music festival dates amid its modest pages.

It was our first foray into putting our talented photographers’ work into print, while giving our loyal readers a heads-up on schedules for established Michigan festivals such as Blissfest and Wheatland Music Festival.
My how times have changed.
This year, we proudly present the 10th Local Spins Calendar — a wildly resplendent keepsake and counter of the days for 2025 that features photos of more than three dozen Michigan bands and solo artists and listings of more than 50 festivals (who so far have confirmed their dates for next year).
Suffice to say, it’s not only our way of celebrating Michigan’s music scene through an incredible photo album of sorts, but an ideal gift for music mavens and Michiganders proud of their state and their musical heritage.
And despite major increases in production costs over the years, these high-quality calendar are still priced at $15 each, with a portion of sales proceeds going to support one of Local Spins’ favorite charities, Access of West Michigan, which cultivates solutions to poverty in our community and coordinates food pantries for families in need.
