Jake Stilson is a singer/songwriter from Grand Rapids, MI.
Expect your grandaddy’s country music brought into the 21st century. It’s firmly rooted in the classic American country tradition of Saturday night in the Honky Tonk and Sunday morning in church. He’ll draw from a catalog of original songs that have a distinct flavor of the workin’ man, folks with dirt on their hands, good times, bad times, drinkin’, and Jesus as well as cover songs for every generation of country music fan.
His band, The Bootstrap Boys, has been making Michigan-style country music since 2015, serving up Roots, Americana and such, country-fried in their special spice blend (it’s road salt.)
